Bay Room, a dedicated event space from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, is pleased to offer in-building catering to tenants of 28 Liberty. Our menus are seasonally crafted to provide an exceptional culinary experience, whether you’re planning a client breakfast, working lunch, or office celebration. We deliver directly from our 60th floor kitchen to you!

Please allow at least 24 business hours notice when placing an order, and 72 hours notice for the Executive Bentobox Lunch. Please note that we kindly request a $50 minimum for all orders, and that all menu items serve 10 guests.

Delivery is available Monday through Friday during the following hours:

Breakfast: 7:30 am-10:30 am
Lunch: 10:30 am-2:30 pm
Breaks: 9 am-3:30 pm

Meet the Chef

David Brinkman

Executive Chef

David Brinkman is the Executive Chef at Bay Room, running the kitchen for all events and in-building catering at the Union Square Hospitality Group event space. David has more than 20 years of cooking experience, 14 of which where spent in New York City’s top hotels and restaurants. He most recently served as Executive Chef for Union Square Events at The Conrad Hotel, overseeing all hotel catering functions.

Can I contact you directly?

What if I need to make a change to my order?
To make a change to your order, please email us at inbuildingcatering@bayroomnyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders cancelled prior to 24 business hours from delivery will be fully refunded. We hope you understand that we are not able to refund payment for orders cancelled within 24 business hours, and that orders cancelled within that time frame will be charged to you. To cancel an order, please email us at inbuildingcatering@bayroomnyc.com.

Why do I need to place my order 24 hours in advance?
We currently require a 24-hour notice to ensure that our culinary team has enough time to prepare the highest quality food possible. 

What if I need to place a large order?
If you would like to place a large order, please email us at inbuildingcatering@bayroomnyc.com so that we can better understand your needs!

A last-minute meeting popped up and I'd like to place a same-day order. Is this possible? 
We understand that last-minute requests come up! Please email us at inbuildingcatering@bayroomnyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, in order to ensure that we have the resources to deliver freshly prepared food to all of our guests, we kindly request a minimum order of $50. 

Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions? 
Yes, allergy information is noted for each menu item. If you have a question regarding an allergy or dietary restriction that is not noted, please email us at inbuildingcatering@bayroomnyc.com, and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Do I need to provide napkins, utensils, plates, etc.?
Nope! All orders come with disposable napkins, utensils, and plates as needed.

Do you offer kosher meals?
Yes, we happily offer kosher meals. If you would like to request one, please allow at least 72 hours notice and email us at inbuildingcatering@bayroomnyc.com.
